I was considering cleaning up my intake (somewhere betwen 600-800 calories a day) with veggies, lean meats, no fried foods, ect. and then starting up exercise when I plateau from that.
Is that feasible? or will I only lose weight if I do them both at the same time?
I’m trying to lose 20 lbs. :)?
I lost weight slowly over about 6 months time, losing 26lbs total. I accomplished this by cutting out all sugary drinks and having lots of water and green tea, no fast food, no fried food, no sweets, and lots of sushi. I ate about 1400 calories a day with as close to a 50/50 carb-protein ration as possible. I walked 1 mile 5 days a week with 1 hr of moderate exercise 3 days per week. I’m 5’3”.
