This seems pretty low to it’s probably give or take about 100? We’ll say? But I’m happy I’m staying within my 600-800 limit. Today was pretty strict.
I bought and am marinating tofu for tomorrows lunch and probably dinner! I also bought Kimchi, lunch meat, cheese, and guac to use instead of mayo!
I was considering cleaning up my intake (somewhere betwen 600-800 calories a day) with veggies, lean meats, no fried foods, ect. and then starting up exercise when I plateau from that.
Is that feasible? or will I only lose weight if I do them both at the same time?
I’m trying to lose 20 lbs. :)?
