i realise i always write on here .. but i dont see a point in going anon :P Anywayyy i was gonna say dont worry about the minor set backs you've had with your exercise and eating cos last night, i had pasta, chips, icecream, cookies and lots and lots of buttery popcorn! HAHAAHA i know, i felt guilty but it was so fucking yummy i missed this kind of food. I just tell myself that i will NOT do that again for about 2 months.
